Dark Yellow-banded Flat-mating

This morning while watching a pair of Yellow-bellied Prinia building their nest, I already saw this pair Dark Yellow-banded Flat Skipper flying here and there around me. I did not pay much attention to them until I saw them ‘stick’ together. They mated for about 27 minutes. Female stayed still on her same perched after the male left her. Attach 2 old images (male and female) taken in Dec. 2011.

Attach a Leaf insect taken on 4.1.12
